You will receive a pick up notification which says "Your Order is Ready For Pick Up". Your online order must be picked up within 3 days. Please have your ready for pick up email available when you arrive to the store location. You will also be REQUIRED to reply to this email confirming that you have received your purchase. The purchase is NOT compete until we receive this confirmation.

Please note Signature Service is not included. Your delivery will be left at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package. Contact us before placing your order if you would like to add signature to your delivery (additional cost).
UPS will also hold your delivery(free) at the nearest facility in your town, however this must be done before your order status shows "Out For Delivery".
Please allow 4-8 hours to see tracking updates in the UPS system.
